Currencies (Forex) – AI-powered trading in highly liquid currencies like USD, EUR, and GBP.
Additional services include:
Flexible investment accounts (Standard, VIP, VIP2).
Referral, rewards, and leadership incentive programs.
Sponsored training courses and investor education.
PWI reserves the right to expand, modify, or discontinue services without prior notice.
Users must provide accurate, up-to-date, and verifiable information during account registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Any activity performed under your account will be deemed as your responsibility.

Suspend or terminate accounts with false information or fraudulent activity.
Restrict access if suspicious transactions are detected.

All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC/AML checks.
PWI is not liable for delays caused by banks, exchanges, or payment providers.
PWI offers referral and leadership incentive programs designed to reward clients for introducing new investors.

Unilevel Rewards: Earn commissions from your referral’s network up to 10 levels deep.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PWI’s total liability shall not exceed the amount of funds you have deposited with us.
All content on the PWI platform (logos, designs, AI systems, trading bots, and materials) is the intellectual property of Prestige Wealth Investments.
Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any materials without written consent.

Upon termination, any active funds will be returned after completion of KYC/AML checks, minus applicable charges.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the applicable laws of the jurisdictions in which PWI is legally registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
